Great staff, and delicious food!!!
Comfortable room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes in the room. Great location in a pretty nice area short walk to beach and scrum, airport, and the Japanese restaurant. And 15 mins walk to St Paul's Church.

Everything was amazing, magnificent location unable to go snorkeling, the staff were excellent. The staff provided exceptional service and helped with booking. Location: the hotel was near beach and scrum as well as the Japanese restaurant. I loved nearby Kon Tiki Bar, they had nice drinks.

A Gem in the Chaos
The beachfront bar offered lovely sunset views. The activities led by the entertainment team kept us engaged and active throughout our stay.
Finding a quiet moment was tough, especially with some staff appearing overwhelmed and uninterested, which detracted from the experience we hoped for.

The location stands out, offering easy beach access and a vibrant atmosphere. Enjoyed the freshly made sandwiches at the beach bar. The staff attitude varied significantly. While some were friendly, others appeared overwhelmed, impacting the overall service experience. Room cleanliness seemed to fall short , disappointing. Despite these issues, the entertainment team and watersports activities added a fun element to our week.

Couples looking for relaxation
The location was very nice, right by the beach! We loved the dinner at Barefoot. The seafood was to die for!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess for what you get, it's acceptable.

would stay here again
The location was very nice. Our Caribbean grande luxe poolside room was super cozy with air conditioning, a tv, and a minibar. Enjoyed free-flowing cocktails and some awesome meals, like dinner at Barefoot and Kimono's. The watersports team took us snorkeling at great spots, and the spa had everything from massages to beauty services.

missingWrote a review on 14 Junbeachfront villageevening activitiesfragrant flowerslounge shortage
The Caribbean beachfront village offers a captivating setting for relaxation, surrounded by fragrant flowers and cool breezes. Evening activities provide a fun atmosphere for bonding with fellow guests.
Not enough sun loungers around the main pool, leading to towel wars as early as 6:30 AM. Many loungers remained vacant during breakfast, leaving those arriving later with limited options for the whole morning. The average age of guests tends to skew older, which led to quieter music and a somewhat subdued vibe, not catering to those seeking a lively party atmosphere.

We took advantage of the gorgeous swimming pool and had super relaxing massages at the spa, they were just what we needed. The beach access was a dream, and despite a few minor hiccups with the sauna being a bit too hot, everything else was wonderful. Pro tip, make sure to check out the sunset from the beachfront, it's worth it! 🌅
